Disposing of a damaged item

Disposing of a damaged item

If you have received a damaged item, please report to us as soon as possible so we can expedite a replacement item. On some occasions we may ask that you dispose of a damaged item if possible. If the item is barely damaged you may be able to keep the item, or potentially donate to a local charity in need.

If the item is damaged beyond usage and you are unable to dispose of the item we will arrange collection. Please note that it is unlikely that the collection the delivery of your replacement item will happen at the same time due to the nature of the courier systems.
