We make every effort to ensure that your order is received in perfect condition. If you do receive your product in a damaged state, please contact us by creating a ticket, remember to include your order number and the product code/name of the damaged item, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement. We request that you inform us within 24-48 hours of any problems however, and please keep the original packaging as far as possible. If it is clear that your product is damaged when you receive it, pleaseDO NOTsign for the package and contact us as soon as possible.
We require images of the damaged items for our insurance purposes so please provide them when reporting your damaged item.
