If you require to return an item which is not faulty or damaged, but is unwanted or has been ordered in error, you must advise us within 14 days of the date of receiving the item.
All such returns will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge, plus the cost of collection if you wish for us to arrange this.
If you wish to return an item yourself, please raise a ticket by clicking the link below, and we will provide the correct returns address.Please do not attempt to return an item without first contacting us, as we have various stock locations.
Please ensure you take out relevant insurance on the item, as we can only issue a credit on undamaged items. Boards Direct accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit where Boards Direct has not provided the collection services.

For all returns there is a minimum handling charge of £25 + VAT. We will process the refund amount within 14 days of receiving the item back.
To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be UNUSED, in pristine (as new) condition, and repackaged securely in the original packaging.
Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation along with your package, otherwise we will not be able to identify and correctly process the return.
Items that are not faulty and ordered as bespoke or made to order items including any printed items (items with customer specific graphics) or other such non-returnable items are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances.

If you require to return an item which is not faulty or damaged, but is unwanted or has been ordered in error, you must advise us within 14 days of the date of receiving the item to be entitled to a full refund.
We can arrange the collection of the unwanted item, and we will pass on to you any collection charges that are incurred. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount due.
