Status of order in account still Processing

Please note that if you created anaccount onboardsdirect.co.uk and placed an order that, due to system design, your orderwill remain on "processing" until your item is delivered.


You may also see a notification marked: "3DS Warning: ATTEMPTED [3D Secure Authentication attempted but not completed]."

Please do not be concerned by this. If you received an order confirmation by email your order has gone through and is being processed. 

You should receive a shipping notification on the day before/same day as your delivery.
